Editing scripts

I would like to edit the default gun or something to see what I can do. The problem is my computer "Cant" open the file. Is there any other way to edit it?

Open with notepad.

I tried but it doesnt give me any options to open with a different program.

Any text editor works. Also, try opening it from notepad's open menu.
