Caution's Small Build Galleria

I joined Chrome's a built a small cottage. Not much else to say here.
I'm constructing a small town. So far I only have a warehouse, as pictured below.
I joined the SS City Server to build. I was bored. I always join these kinds of servers just to build.
Anyway, I ended up buying three lots and constructing a gas station, a house thing and a park on them. They were all on the same block, I almost bought it all out. :c
The gas station I made; I made this last night and came back this morning to find that I had been granted VIP for it enabling wrench events for stuff. I have four and a half lots built here.

So on one of the blocks here, I noticed it was cliffside along the entire block and no buildings at all were on it. So I took a lot that went all the way back to the edge of the cliff and built a parking lot on it last night. I come back this morning to find the entire block filled with houses. So I tore up the parking lot and built this house. :D

I added this for general recreation to the city. It's stuffty but whatever.
Like I said before, feedback is welcome. I contributed over 1600 bricks, four and a half lots and over 5000 in donations to the city. The brick count is 60k and I'm beginning to lag, but I loved the project. Thanks guys, for hosting such fun. :D
