What was the Ion cannon like?

I am sort of interested in the ion cannon, so i searched online for pictures, but couldn't find any. If you have ay pics, please post them.

I had the Ion Cannon from the Archives before it was secred'd. Its like a really big, like 16x16 wide laser that can go through most baseplates and destroy anything. Although its big and powerful, its REALLY Spamtastic when used wrong. Its good if your having it have a time limit of at least two minutes, other then that, its not so great.

I had the event only, I never saw or had the gun. I've asked a friend and they said its just a big gun that can shoot across the whole map or whatnot.
