Anyway, my suggestions-
-If you have a lot of add-ons, make sure if you're hosting a specific theme to toggle off any you know you won't be using. It'll save loadtime for both players and also make it easier to find items in your drop-down lists.
-Don't just rely on Tier-Tactical. There's plenty of weapons you can find out there that were created, posted in the forum/RTB and buried, just waiting to be rediscovered. Among the ones on the top of my head include the Old School Rifle/880 Rifle, Flak Cannon, Laser Sighted Rifle, the TF2 Packs, and Bug Mod.
-Events, Events, and more Events. As long as they don't overlap in function too much, more events will always be great for a build. Practicing with simple toggle events can soon lead to stuff like the Music Sync or Pong builds that float around every so often, or even entire minigames such as a 'Defend your Castle' or a dynamic TDM.
-Always try to think of new or original ideas for your builds. It keeps things interesting, and stops everyone going 'This is boring I wanna play fort warz'
Space Guy:
- Download Return to Blockland. Even if you don't use it for running a server, it can automatically download the needed files for common Add-Ons as a zip file: much faster than single file-by-file.

* Event Saver will be a usefull client sided add-on.
* Duplicator & Fillcan is a suggested add-on for your server.
* Macros are suggested. Because not all servers have duplicator.
