How to upload music onto youtube?

Because i wanted to listen to some of the soundtracks from runescape, but there weren't any on youtube and i wanted to upload so others could listen.

Go to Windows Movie Maker, insert music, maybe insert a Runescape picture or just leave it blank, save it was a .wmv and upload it

I mean why do you even need it on YouTube?
