Farm Rp

I was wondering if i should make a Farm Rp??? I will have it so when you have enough money from doing a task from someone, then you can buy a house and furniture for your house and farm land??? and you will have to pay taxes on your house?
-Respond back if i should make this, Or if you have any ideas to add on.
