The game isnt based in 1999. It was made in 1999

Yes, I thought Settlers III is released by the company self on the internet somewhere. Settlers III can't be found anymore in the stores I believe.

As far as I have looked on google the game was never released for free by the developers, and I doubt it would be on Abandonia either.
You can look, but I doubt you'd find anything more than demo's and pirated software.
