Does the EB Laser actually explode? No, it does not. And in my experience, if you make a wall and fire any big weapon of doom at it, it will cause lag. Spawning even bullets at x2 scale in enough number will lag.

I hated the Mini Nuke. When ever I had my server up some random people came, spawned a mini nuke and shooting in the round with it. It was removed and banned, because it replaced the Rocket Launcher projectiles or what ever it was?

I don't see what makes it stuff, last time I used it, it was pretty lolzy. The model is nice, the effects are good, the coding seems fine. Just people load massive builds then wonder why they are lagging when 20000 bricks are fake killing.
