It's not that it's unbalanced, it's just that it'd be a better way to get items, IMO, if you're sick and tired of waiting 50+ hours for that weapon/hat you've always wanted, you can earn enough game currency to buy it from the store instead of wasting real money on it
Yes i do know you're not forced to buy the weapons, but if you're poor, or just don't have any money in your wallet like me, you'd feel sad that you'll have to wait those 50+ hours to get that item you've been wanting
"50+ hours" is an obvious exaggeration, just FYI

The ambassador is wonderful if you have skill
and I think you should be able to sell items for like 1$-50ยข for your steam wallet that can only be used in tf2
