doesn't the host of the server choose the respawn time?
edit- anyone willing to trade me the spys new knife? i have items.

Every sever I have visited so far has had a longer respawn time.
I dunno maybe I am just going insane.
Also the game at many times decides just to not spawn me and my respawn time will reset every 5 seconds.
