Isn't sse something to do with processors or something?I remember once I used a program to view all my computer's specs and for processor it had "sse, sse2, sse3".

No. This program (annoyingly) ignores a few key physical properties that would make really complex and interesting contraptions possible. Magnetism is one, hydraulics is another.
