Yes, because it's a noticable symbol and it raises their chat balloon above other people's
B> means Buying, S> means Selling, etc.
Edit: I also have a spare Mann Co. Crate I don't plan on purchasing a key for so I'll trade it for some Polycount items I don't have, metal, or a hat.
