IT'S A RARE WEAPON.
There aren't as many of them, you trying to buy one for less than what the are worth means that some other poor sole can't get one even though they are paying proper price.

Saying that all weapons are worth one scrap is the stupidest stuff I've ever heard.
Things that I would buy for at least a reclaimed metal:
Spycicle
Black Rose
Rainblower
Lolichop.
And that's just to name a few. there are exceptions to the one scrap rule, and you are an idiot for not thinking there is.
