MINECRAFT: Mac Control Problems.

I have a mac, but none of the keybored controls work. and it never had did on minecraft. I restarted my browers, and even switched it. I have VM ware fusion, i got it to try playing it, but it still didn't work! omg, this is soo troubling... Please help me. I honestly want to TRY to play minecraft so i can make sure it is worth my money. Please, i am VERY DESPERATE...
