CPU = Central Processing Unit, AKA your Intel i5 Processor
1 Terabyte HD = Storage Hard Disk
Your hard drive wouldn't affect your server's lag.

It will if it's slow. When I ran my server from an USB-stick, it lagged a tiny bit each time it processed a file. When I ran from my HDD, it didn't lag at all.
Ontopic: This is a good mod. And by that said, I cannot create anything similar to RP Content without it being pointed out as theft.

But I wasn't talking about flash drives, neither was he. All computers, nowadays, pretty much come with fast hard drives.

This isn't the first medieval RPG mod, and even then you can call it an inspiration, or what have you.
