I think you should have preset NPCs that are placed by a special brick and can be upgraded via nation funds, so they'll sell better stuff.

This can stop people from boosting craft skills by just buying everything they need.

Also, farming definitely needs to be toned down.

That's how I did my server. Nations had a simple, very simple, shop and when they built up their town they would get a couple more items.

It was. A lot. Wheat bushels sell for 7, flour sells for 8. They barely give any exp. It took me forever to get level 5 farming, with a legends cape.

I heard that all skills are like this now, like 20 trees for level 1-2 Woodcutting.

That's good. Gives you a lot of room to contribute to the whole nation.

I agree to an extent, if most players were to become more active in the national economy then it would work much better. I had to ask nearly twenty times before someone said "i will sell you iron", this was due to my own laziness though, I had 100 mining but it still took about a minute to mine one Iron.

besides, my mice spies told me that it was the seagulls! :O
i think that the price of new perks should rise exponentialy, while the usefulness is linear, and goes on forever :D
as well as the slots, 10 slots instead of 4, getting huge prices with more slots
