13. Fog of War (AoE much) - You can't see anything unless you've seen it before.
Impossible, and stupid. This isn't an RTS, it's an RPG.

15. Player Personal Shops - Hire shopkeepers to stay in your home or in a shop you build and sell people stuff that you put up for sale.
Seems like a bad implementation of a player shop.

16. Trade Market - Like above only anyone can sell and buy from it.
No, I personally think all shops should be gone.

17. Quests - Every RPG but this one has them. /bandwagonjump
I believe that's planned, not sure.

18. HUD - Because HP meter, MP meter, overview map, and compass is so epic.
I'm going to disagree with this. HP meters just makes people run and then you get KSed.

20. Local chat. I'm getting tired of chatspam.
There used to be a local chat. What happened to it?

21. I don't know how many times i've said this, but level mismatch fight prevention - players, say, 15 total (or combat?) levels apart can't damage each other unless they both want to fight.
"Hey leader of <enemy_nation>, I'm killing all your newbs and there's nothing you can do about it." Duels with no consequences and maybe rankings would be nice.

Would be hard to implement with this system.

24. Brick damage - Glass doesn't break when you shoot it with a gun? Interesting.
Brick damage seems like a must considering people tend to block off stuff. Maybe building levels could make your bricks stronger instead of making them cost less.

The only time I've seen it done was with Rotondo and he mentioned how hacky it was. Maybe someone else had a better iteration of this, I'm not sure.
