Quite possibly.
He contantly spammed before this too, which was highly annoying - adding "y" after spamming a sentence (in an attempt to stop the "Do not repeat yourself" from arguing back at him) did not help.

He's one of the kids who doesn't know that repeating sentences makes you more un-desirable.
He probably doesn't even know how to host, so if he did host it, only the idiots would go there.
