Is there something wrong with my port forwarding?

I was pretty sure I had this set up right, but my friend can't join when I host a server.  He says the ping is reported as dead, so there must be a problem with this.  The settings are a little different than in the port forwarding tutorial, but this is the way portforward.com did it with my router.
