Dragon Pack -V3 in its way!-

The eyes give more depth. I don't see how no eyes would be good for the model, other than logical reasons.

Anyway, add a mouth and I think it would look better with the eyes on.

Yeah your in charge so you do what you would like but i like the eyes more though .
