Yeah. What mods and stuff are necessities?

If you have imagination you need nothing except the base stuff unless you plan on joining servers, in which case there is a long list of mandatory add-ons
Night Fox:
Wire, not because it's needed, but it can be fun; PHX props, because they are great building tools; anything else that seems interesting.
Sheath:
Yeah, PHX and Wire are your standards. Almost everyone has 'em.
