I thought they were going to make something better then that.
I love aal of their games, but this seems to be a game i'll never buy.

Valve isn't a secluded group of game developers anymore, Alien Swarm is a good example of this.
All I can say on the matter is Valve isn't being run by a handicap unlike most companys and so most if not all games are appealing and well done compared to the rest of the industry.
