What I do, is I do all the base building, setting out rooms, etc. and then I move on to base furnishings, and then I fancy it up a little once I know I like how it's set out. This means the floor plan may change, but I doubt it, I'm happy as it is.

Also, I don't play Runescape anymore. I just don't like the style of, click here, get something after a while, and sometimes get a new level, which only gets you up the virtual hierarchy.
