How does Games for Windows – LIVE factor in?
A:
Games for Windows – LIVE introduces a new level of connectivity to virtual flight, enhancing both the social and game play experiences of the title. Content is updated virtually. You can fly solo or join an entire global flight community online. You can easily connect with and facilitate flight experiences with your friends. The addition of Games for Windows - LIVE creates an ubiquitous virtual world of flight that offers easy and engaging access to the magic of flight for all.

--- Quote ---Xbox LIVE introduces a new level of connectivity to virtual flight, loving over the entire title. Xbox LIVE is updated virtually every time you run the game. You must fly solo. You can connect with and facilitate flight experiences with your friends after a bit of fiddling. The addition of Xbox LIVE creates an ubiquitous virtual world of flight that offers somewhat easy access to the magic of flight for all that have figured out Xbox LIVE's kinks.

I hate Games for Windows LIVE/Xbox LIVE (Microsoft can't seem to choose what it is called.) with a passion. Why have it? It's so loving pointless and frustrating.
Tyler66:
I misread this topic as "Minecraft Flight".
EDIT: Looks like Microsoft is starting to use their Windows 95/98 clouds theme again.

Bump.
For those who have MSFS 2002/2004/FSX, I will be hosting :D.
FSX Users will need to get the plugin for fshost though.
Saber15:
ugh, forget GFWL. It's so buggy and stuffty. I'll stick with Flight Simulator X if I need to use that piece of stuff for any new FS games.
I wonder if they're ever going to make terrain and cities that don't look like utter garbage from anything under 10,000 feet elevation.
Grumpy:
any free flights sims?
