every post of yours I've seen has been stupid including this one
obtaining a ROM of this game = piracy (unless you make the ROM yourself in which case I have no idea about the legality of it)
however emulation itself is not piracy

If you obtain the ROM by buying it, you are allowed to emulate it. But you still can't give the ROM to others or so.
