Caution:
I used to put a shelf or couch in front of the fireplace just to see how nicely the house would burn lol.
Also too many people becomes a hassle.

Work extra hard with the first 4 people so you have a lot of money when it starts getting hard, so you can hire maids and stuff. :)
Then you can keep working.
