Free will. You don't have to cater to your sims every needs unless you want to. They can take care of their own stuff.
It's like $20-40 I think.

Ive stopped playing the sims 2 because of all the loading i wish sims 3 would have every expansion number 2 had since sims 3 has no loading times between transitions. Whats this sims 2, my sim wants to go shopping? Ok we got to the clothing shop after four hours!
