It could very well be your graphics card.

Because your CPU is pretty good.

I wouldn't trust System Requirements Lab too much. It says I fail the minimum requirements for Dead Rising 2 because my CPU is 300MHz too slow, even though I more than pass every other area. Not to mention I play it on maximum setting without a problem.
