in retail, one of my friends server it says "sending challenge" and it repeats, then it says "challenge timed out" and i cant join it, doesnt happen to anyone elses server and he cant gave anyone join...
any sugestions

does the ping say "Dead" in the server browser or does it say a number?

All mine when that happens it says "dead"...

Why does it say that?

It says "Dead" when the server doesn't have it's ports forwarded
