You are the top doctor in the city. Patients line up for miles just to get a referral. But up until now, everyone has been referring to you as "The doctor". Your personality is as bland as oatmeal. Today is the day you change that.
This is where the community comes in. Take the picture, edit it so the doctor has a new name and something awesome like a hat or hair.
