I'm following a Kingdom of loathing level.
Although i've not thought of a decent way to make enemies, I suppose some kind of final fantasy randomised fight could work, But i've always hated them.

I just like it that way, I suppose it's a pretty good way of finding out your momentum.

I don't have problems finding it out using third person. You really only need first person for DMs which usually disable jets. And if there are jets in a DM, you're worried about accuracy and dodging rather than the fire at your feet.
It really makes that screenshot a 'lolwtf?'.

I managed to decrease the brick count from 57465 down to 55583 by remaking 2nd floor of inn with larger bricks.

Fish have flocked to cynic:
+ Easier to catch
+ Now worth exp on catch
- Sells for less
- Roast Fish can no longer be sold
+ Roast fish can be exchanged for pills

There's also a new section of the island by ye anvil for events, Along with even more brick decrease down to 54651
