Aikido is loving aaawesoooome
It's pretty cool. Mr. big tuff guy like me is more partial to Arnis and Muay Thai, hard strikes and initiative moves, but the skills learned from Aikido are useful; fluidity, recovery, and reaction to name some.

My favorite part of Aikido is you can actually make your attacker look 10x more handicapped than he already is.

Since everyone here is a fat tub it kind of frittered out into a discussion about shake weights and stuff instead of exercise and martial arts experiences. Anyone is still welcome to post in it though! I planned to make a post every week or two updating progress and new stuff I've learned and done.

That's a lie and you know it. Unless by skinny you mean sickly and brittle there is no excuse! Even then, starting with light exercise can help strengthen your bones.
