I would like to point out that there is no correct frequency for my AC chips.
that is one of the main points, that the clockspeed can be a small a value as is possible while still allowing signals to propigate along the wires.
which puts a practical limit of 100 at the lowest with nothing as the highest.
makes it much easier to bugtest

Your frequency is higher then my AC and cannot be correctly converted into DC without DC becomming AC because of the timer toggle
