Need people to download/archive/upload things

So wait, if this actually downloads full add-ons, the concept of private add-ons and the like is gone? Or, wait, it only downloads what you have set-up... blajhhhh.

Adding it to cache = it gets put into a different folder where all the downloaded stuff goes.
This does not mean it gets uploaded.
