Need people to download/archive/upload things

Ohhhh. I thought It would have all the add-ons built-in to the game, so you wouldn't have to download anything. And yes, I know what downloading is.

So, how will add-on releases work in v18? Have some low-life upload every file that gets released to the archive? Do something similar to RTB's submitting, where the files are hosted on the server?
