$100 ad credit from AdWords

As an AdSense user, Google sometimes throws out a few free offers and free ad credits. This means you can advertise for $100 worth of clicks.
I have nothing to advertise nor do I need it, and the offer expires by Dec 17th. I'd happily donate my $100 ad credits towards Blockland advertisements, but I need to know whether it's allowable by AdSense to advertise someone else's service and also what Badspot could want.

Wouldn't you get the credits for the advertisement? If so, I din't know if Badspot would want it done by someone else. But good idea though.

AdSense allows web owners to put ads on their own site from other parties.
AdWords is the system where you can put out your own advertisements.
As a user of AdSense, Google sometimes gives out credit for AdSense, so I can put out $100 worth of ads with free credits.

If it's valued at $100 normally, then isn't it almost free $100 except you have to spend it in only one way?
