RTB Borked

I can't connect to RTB and all servers are listed as "RTB: No."
What's up, is there an update going up?

This also happens when you are banned from the mod manager. Maybe its something to do with the addon system online? Either way, RTB is down. :3

No, this happens:
Before the MM was revamped, client-sided RTB didn't handle bans, thus resulting in the mod manager loading forever.
