its good to reformat every 6 months anyways. its alot to reinstall, with my must have programs and games. but its a clean feeling you just cant upkeep day to day. |

Get AVG, Avast!, Nod32, and common sense, then suddenly your computer doesn't ever fail or suck; that and uninstalling programs you haven't used in 4,6,or 8 months is a good idea. |

I reformat every year, keeping only my music and my Files folder, which I stuff things into now and again. I also don't have antivirus software and never will. You only get viruses if you are stupid. |
