Fallout NV VS. Fable III, Spectator: Other game.

I could use some help finding the right game to buy. Its a fight between Fable III, and Fall Out New Vegas. However, other game suggestions are HIGHLY appreciated. Any comments or quirks on either game is very needed, and my thanks to anyone who can give any information. Please and thank you in advance.
And for other games, I already have Halo Reach. So don't suggest it.
We're enjoying it.

Not comparing we just want to see which is the better buy.
