I had the same problem, both with getting the key and the forum account activation.

Just go to Support, Lost Key Recovery and enter your email address.
You must have bought Blockland for this to work, though.

This happened to me when I was buying my key as well, I used http://blockland.us/keyRecovery.php and used the key it told me there.
