Milkshape creating a face

Hi i was wondering for creating a face in milkshape ive put 3 vertex and made a face but when ever i try to make move faces they turn out to be only 2d i cant get them to make like a full shape. :(

You need to extrude them, or start with primitives.

A 3d object is made up of faces. A face is a side of an object. Eg a cube would have a front, back, left, right, top and bottom face. The three verticies used to make your face act as the corners of the cube.

Beat me to it, And knowing that a 3d object is made of faces is like 5th grade stuff, actually, it is 5th grade stuff.

but i learned in 2nd ;)
