Unluckiest minecraft moment

This happened today
I found a gold mine, I got 99 and built a tree house out of gold. I filled up again. I had some sheep and lots of materials and brown mushrooms.
The bad part?
I was in a tree spying on a skeleton troop. I fell off due to the one shot, ONE SHOT that knocked me off the tree into teh middle of them. 99 pieces of gold and a gold castle! DARN!!!
