Would you try Marijuana?

I already have!

If marijuana is made legal, people will run around getting high, but personally, I don't care, as long as they don't do anything stupid and/or harmful. Marijuana alone can't kill the person smoking it, but can get people killed due to their being high. Also, legalizing marijuana will make it's price drop. So it won't be as profitable as before, discouraging people(druglords) from selling it. So I think it makes the world quite a better place, no?

Someone call me stupid and prove my argument wrong.

ur stoopid!!

Just kidding, you got some nice points there mate.

People are already doing that, if pot was legalized there would just be slightly more people doing it and no one would get arrested for it.

And Narko, I don't smoke to feel good, I smoke to have fun. Smoking pot provides a certain kind of fun that nothing else can provide. This fun isn't necessarily better than all other kinds of fun, but it's a nice fun that I enjoy turning to sometimes for enjoyment. It's been a couple of years or so since I first smoked it and I have yet to regret it. Maybe I just haven't been smoking enough to experience the "negative" effects, but I haven't noticed any of those things in my experiences and a few of those things aren't as bad as the internet apparently makes them sound.

It's true, you don't really understand marijuana until you've tried it.

You're like 14, no loving stuff you don't need it you handicap. You don't understand what it's like to do manual labor for 8 hours or more a day. You realize that average parents and well-off adults use it too? It's not just teenagers in an alleyway, god forget. No one listens to the stuff I say and you constantly spout absurd garbage like you know what the forget you're talking about. I will reiterate this one more time:
People under the age of 18 should not be allowed to smoke. There is no reason for you to and it can be detrimental to your developing brain and body. I am 18, I am an adult, and I use it responsibly. There's a big difference.
It's not an escape from reality or a hiding place from my depression, it's a social tool and a recreational activity like videogames. Of course you kiddies don't need something to help you relax, you don't hold daunting dayjobs, you're not adults yet.

Drugs are not something a responsible adult "turns to". I led a normal life before, and I maintain a normal life now.

Ok, ok. I said prove me wrong please. That's YOU. Other teenagers use it for my exact reasons. If I had some tough stuff going on in my life, yeah, I would probably use it. But I don't. I see your standpoint and you are defending it accordingly. Also, I don't want to go through about a hundred pages of arguments to find all of your posts. You are a good person, I don't need to argue over something like this anymore. I have asserted my standpoint and am done.

Hello new member who understands how to create a nice post, I hope to see you more often.

I agree with jasa, though I would like it outlawed to smoke and drive too
Well of course, driving under the influence obviously kills.

It's all about responsibility. If I make a decision, I am responsible for the consequences.

Just wondering guys, do you feel down right hungry, or do you feel like you just need a slight snack?
You feel like eating. You're not hungry, but you really want to eat food. And your favorite food, too. Like pizza..

I'm going to make a new thread for the discussion of drugs as a whole with a nice q&a/faq.
