V18 high speed download clarifications?

So if I start a server with a custom AI, it gets uploaded to the master server, and when people join my server. They get the high speed download?

AI =/= art
unless there's a unique model you made just for the AI, then they'd get the model.
clients still download the exact same things they did before v18, it's just faster.

Not yet. Planned feature.
How does an add-on posted in the add-ons section get to the "high speed download server"?
Manually, till the automatic thing is added.
