Use the Sweeper or a Jackhammer indoors. The Gauss rifle is garbage at close range.

I do use the Sweeper, and every time I die by everyone else, I shoot people 3-4 times(up close) and they never die although they only have agile armor and just destroy me in like 2 shots with the same gun.

I get plenty of kills with the Gauss rifle indoors, outdoors, longrange, closerange. Doesn't matter.
Also: Most of the Vindicator, or whatever the NC sunderer variant is, drivers either suck at driving, don't know what they're doing, or are just plain stupid. I know they're not the easiest to drive, but half of the people can't drive them correctly or efficiently.
And the thunderer = awesome. The other day it was me, another person, and our squad leader in one thunderer. I was shooting and our squad leader was driving. We had an Aegis shield generator and we were attacking a tower next to our base. We would go in, kill a bunch of people, and drive into the aegis to repair. We got at least 40 kills between me and the other guy shooting. It was insanely fun.
And the Blue Lions Outfit is very cool.
