I've looked in numerous stores and on various websites such as Amazon or eBay. But I can never find it except on PSN or Xbox LIVE. On top of that, where is the PC release? It's been out since 2008-2009, right?

Excuse me if I'm being a little stupid but I'd just like to know. I'm considering getting it.
