Gmod Requirements Question

Coolio:

Okay. My friend came over, and he wanted to play Gmod. I'm like "Okay." So he has this disk with v11 on it (Yes, it's non-steam, but it's not my disk, so don't yell at me) It loaded, but it crashed within 3 seconds of gameplay. (This was on GM_Construct) Probably because my computer sucks. So I was wondering. Does v10 have lower sys. requirements than v11?

Jorici:

No, I don't think so. Maybe it's your computer? does v10 work okay? i don't know the specs of V11.

I don't care if it looks ugly, I just want to know if it will work.

I bet your computer could run the first Mario game, with quite a bit of lag.
