How do you run an animation for god sake!!!

Hi I am just wondering how do I just run a simple animation? I already have them made in Milk shape but what is the command to run an animation in c.s file? If I sound stupid please no flameing.

Teaches you how to use anims there.

I all ready know how to make an animation in milkshape, its running it in the script, the actual .cs file tha i don't know.
