I just worked really hard on a part of my model and there is another side that has to be exactly the same. How do I copy and past selections in MS3D? |

Duplicate tool. Select the Face, Edit > Duplicate Selection. Then, if you need, reverse the vertex order. |

Blender has a build in key,just select all faces you want to duplicate and press shift D. If you are using blender hope this helped |
