Anisotropy... oops.

Yeah so I realized that Anisotropy is set to max by default which is probably slowing some people down.  I updated the download but you will probably want to move the "Anisotropy" slider under "Advanced" in the options dialog down to 0 for the best performance.

Heh, i was kind of wondering about that, not that i minded since i wanted it at max anyway.

Before I played I went in and set everything to maximum quality anyways. I didn't even notice. Doesn't AF make textures blend in the distance better or something? I can't remember but it's worth a few frames.

Badspot:
Yeah it definitely looks better and is worth it if you have the hardware, but for low end machines it can really eat frames.
